After 20 years working for multi-national companies, leading the sourcing team as well as the sales team, Mr. Zhan know the pain points of the China sourcing and sales very well, then establish Shanghai Lezon consulting with the purpose of providing the solutions for the multi-national companies to improve their practice for the sourcing from China and sales to China. With our Chinese experts, Shanghai Lezon consulting developed our own business methodologies which can fill the gap, making the supply chain seamless and sustainable and penetrate into China market deeply.

From the establishment in 2018, Shanghai Lezon consulting is striving for the best business practice between the over-sea companies with Chinese companies. We have a know-how team both understand the western business management methods and also the Chinese business culture and customs. Our main team-members have plentiful experience of working for (or with) top companies in the world, in the meantime, we also get the intelligence from external experts. Started with China souring, Shanghai Lezon keep innovating in our business area, we merged the category management methods into China sourcing, developed new digital tools to assist the procurement decision and analyze the marketing and sales in China. Our People

We are native Chinese, English-speaker. Our main team members worked in multi-national companies for more than 20 years including top companies in the world, we could work under western management system, and know-how of  western business operation method and culture. In the past 20 years, we visited hundreds of Chinese manufacturers, signed thousands of contracts on the behalf of our employers. We are open-mind team of new technologies and thoughts, ‘continues improving’ root in our blood. Mr. Zhan introduced category management methods into China sourcing, achieved outstanding performance.

Started from zero, just used 3 years, the purchasing value of the sourcing office led by Mr. Zhan reached 10% of sales revenue (compared with a China sourcing office of the leading company, 20 years in China, only 1% of sales revenue). 

In a 500 fortune company, Mr. Zhan led the China sourcing of three categories and a sales team, all the teams improved the performance.

Mr. Zhan rebuilt two China sourcing offices which were devastated by corruption. He redesigned the working flow and rebuilt the confidience between the mother companies and sourcing offices.
